TRP – The Reinvention of Recruitment
The Recruitment Project Ltd was established in 2009.
From the outset the aim was to reconfigure and redesign recruitment services with three key objectives :-
- For Clients – Eliminate wasteful, over-processed or non-value adding practices which were being passed in the form of high fees.
- For Candidates – Incentivise improved candidate care and service standards to improve the candidate experience.
- For Consultants – Create an autonomous, respectful and flexible work environment and eliminate the pressure to achieve ‘junk’ KPI stats.
Over the years the model has been continuously refined and has not only achieved all of the original objectives but continues to deliver consistently beyond those expectations.

On-Call HR Services
In about 2012 we were being regularly asked if we could assist with general HR support.
Given the intimacy of the working relationships we were enjoying with our clients and our service commitment, it seemed logical to take this next step incorporating the same business model – The Human Resources Project was born.

Two years on we received a similar request from a large construction company to manage their seasonal temporary workforce requirements.
Again with the same ethos and business model – The Labour Hire Project was born.
Copy Cat Offerings
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery they say!
Many have since tried to copy us or produce hybrid versions of our delivery model but they can’t match our long term personal relationships, old fashioned willingness to work hard for every dollar, and contact-ability outside normal work hours for busy executives or in emergencies.
We will not be beaten on price or quality of service.

While the concept and business model have proved to be correct, the resounding success the business has enjoyed, and its phenomenal growth over the years, has been mostly due to our outstanding consultants and affiliates who share the same values and ethos.
