AdvanceQuip is a reputable and forward-thinking company that continues to enjoy exciting growth.
They are the New Zealand distributor for several heavy earthmoving machinery brands and attachments; primarily Case Construction Equipment as well as ASV tracked skid-steer units and have employees and branches located throughout the country.
They have built a very solid reputation around honesty, integrity and supplying efficient and flexible service to their customers.

Role Profile
Reporting to and under the guidance of the General Manager, your key focus will be to drive and deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives directed at both internal and external clients.
You’ll assist with the development of marketing collateral across a range of mediums, ensuring consistency across multiple business units, as well as assist with the implementation of the marketing strategy across print advertising, SEM, social media and more.
Other key components of this role include coordinating and executing events, ensuring brand consistency across the business, website front-end development, design and maintenance.

Person Profile
To secure this role, your CV needs to demonstrate strong traditional marketing experience gained in a similar role in New Zealand. You will have excellent writing skills, confident event management skills and a strong ability to produce sales support collateral for multiple business units and market a product to a diverse range of clients.
You will enjoy using your initiative and finding ways to get things done. Your referees will describe you as someone who loves marketing, can plan and execute campaigns that really work and understands the importance of brand consistency and being a team player.

Key Skills and Experience Required
• Ideally you will also have worked in a multi-branch heavy machinery wholesale/retail environment or a similar organisation.
• Relevant tertiary qualification is highly preferable but not essential for the right candidate
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven success in achieving consistent branding within a national business structure
• Strong skills in the Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office, Publisher & Photoshop, Video Editor.
• Strong communicator, who is commercially aware with the ability to influence and gain buy-in at all levels

Remuneration is negotiable and will be commensurate with skills and experience.
