Seeking a proactive front line HR professional who can work effectively as part of the SLT but engage positively with the business.

About the Role…
Due to rapid growth and an ongoing commitment to improvement they seek a P&C Manager to guide the senior exec team and lead the HR team, developing policies and an organisational development strategy which includes rationalising a variety of collective agreements.
The role also has a broad responsibility to deliver general HR advice and services across the business, providing practical support to our Managers to work through a wide variety of HR/ER issues.
About You …
Empathetic and consultative, yet firm and decisive in your approach, you need to demonstrate previous success in organisational transformation as well as a strong understanding of industrial relations, collective agreements, HR legislation and practical implications of policy.
You will relish the opportunity to make a difference, working with their Supervisors and Managers to develop their capability especially with regard to adherence of HR processes across the business.
With your humour, expertise, enthusiasm, and depth of understanding of end to end HR processes, you’ll be keen to get involved in all areas of HR, including a variety of projects as we strive to simplify and automate many of our systems and processes.
To be successful in this role you will need to have …
• A relevant tertiary qualification and several years’ experience in a significant HR management role;
• Experience working in an environment with multiple collectives and contracts;
• Ideally you will have experience working in predominantly blue collar environments;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• A flexible approach and a can-do attitude;
• A sense of humour!
