Our Ethics
We have firm social ethics and pay all staff a fair hourly rate, as well as their full entitlements to statutory holiday, sick leave and ACC entitlements.
We are not trying to be a ‘labour hire company’ per se, but offer our service with a focus on meeting our existing client’s specific ad hoc or special project requirements.
Thus we try to hand pick the best temps and to pay them well.

LHP offers superior quality temporary staff for general labouring, factories and warehousing operations.
Our model provides a productive flexible resourcing solution but has a focus on finding superior temps with potential suitability for permanent hire.
Our margins are the lowest possible whilst ensuring all workers are paid in full, their statutory holiday, sick leave entitlements and ACC.
Buyouts are charged at a flat rate of 5% of base salary – however we offer the unique feature of rebating all net margin earned by LHP up to the time of a hire against any fee so the customer pays only once for each hire.
Our Service Includes
- Pre-Interviewed Candidates and evaluation / confirmation of skill levels.
- Full pre-employment drug screening.
- MOJ / Police and background checks on all workers.
- Induction packs and support of Health and Safety training on-site as specifically required or requested by each client.
- Assistance with provision of PPE equipment where required offering temps easy repayment plans where required.
